We have designed low-profile splitter mounting brackets which mount behind the bumper supports. The brackets are made out of structural steel with additional reinforcements welded in to make it very rigid.
The complete kit is very lightweight at ~1.6kg, considering it is stronger than the OEM brackets. The brackets are powdercoated in satin black for a sleek look and weather protection.
With our kit, the splitter can be mounted to the perfect height for your car. Additionally, it is adjustable in & outwards on the go! Simply loosen the bolts from underneath and slide the splitter out.
We have two different versions:
- GT: For genuine BMW E36 GT splitters or replicas.
- Flat: For a (generic) splitter that sits flat against the bumper.
The only difference is that the GT version has slightly higher and deeper bottom mounts to compensate for the height of the corners.
Note: A small slat needs to be cut from the bumper to fit over the brackets.
Note 2: Splitter and GT corners are not included in the kit.
